My Process
To best serve my customers I've developed a step by step process to bring them the best value in my leather custom creations. Starting with a detailed conversation about what they want. This is followed by a period of design where I draw the art, make prototypes, and communicate these proofs to my customer so that any adjustments or changes can be made. Then I make the item with as much care and attention to detail as I can to deliver a superior product. Finally I do a quality check and carefully package the item ready to ship. I make sure to notify my customers of any changes in the project to ensure %100 satisfaction every time.
The conversation
The first step in the process is to discuss all the ins and outs of the project. During this time I will ask several detailed questions concerning several topics.
First and foremost I will ask what it is that I can make for you. What kind of item? What size? What kind of custom art? What color? What kind of leather? What kind of finish? I will ask to see any source material that you can share like pictures, videos, or inspirations. I will ask who it's for and how it will be used. All of these questions will give us a complete picture of what you can expect out of the finished product.
Secondly we will discuss your budget. I can work with most budgets! I am happy to discuss any way that we can get the product to you by changing the details, materials, size, and finish of the item to fit your needs. I have been doing this for 20 years and have always found a solution for all of my customers.
Finally I we will discuss a timeline for your custom project that works for both of us. Depending on the scope of the project, the availability of materials, any other particular detail, and how busy I am we will come to an understanding of when you can expect the proof of concept email, the adjustments to be finished, and finally when the item will be ready to ship.
After we've spoken about all of these details I will confirm with you with a summery of all of everything that we discussed and then I will send you an invoice for %50 of the agreed price via PayPal that will reflect all of these details clearly.
Production
Finishing Touches
After I've finished making the item I will take pictures, package and weigh the item and send an invoice to my customer that reflects the second half of the payment and the cost of whatever shipping method was chosen. I will ship the item the day after I receive payment.
